St. Cecilia is proud to announce that Andrew Fanning has been selected as a December/January Believers and Achievers Award recipient!
The Nebraska School Activities Association and U.S. Bank are proud to sponsor Believers & Achievers, a state-wide awards program that recognizes Nebraska's future leaders. Believers & Achievers has been designed to reward high school students in Nebraska for their excellence in academics and participation in Nebraska School Activities Association activities. Those students who show a commitment to citizenship, school involvement, and community projects are honored in the Believers & Achievers program.
NSAA member schools are asked to nominate individuals to be honored. From those nominees submitted, U.S. Bank and the NSAA select and honor 48 high school seniors. Six profiles and pictures from those who receive the award are featured in the monthly NSAA News on the NSAA website. Posters are produced and sent to each member school for display. The 48 individuals selected are honored at an NSAA championship contest during the fall, winter, or spring activity season. All 48 Believers & Achievers are invited to attend an end-of-the-year banquet in June, celebrating their achievements. During the banquet, U.S. Bank will announce individual scholarship winners.
